Browder, Earl (party name “Dixon,” 1891-1973)

Earl Browder

Earl Browder

A U.S. Communist Party functionary who became head of the CPUSA in 1932 and held that post until 1944.

Over the years, I have managed to amass documentation on Browder’s activities from the records of the Comintern, the Soviet Communist Party and Soviet foreign intelligence that may shed new light on the history of his relationship with the Soviets — and particularly on the much debated issue of his alleged espionage activities. This information will be posted at a later date. Please watch for notice of new and upcoming postings.  — S. Chervonnaya
